All items are sent via Australia Post E-Parcel with tracking. If you are not home or at the nominated delivery place, your parcel will be sent to your post office for pick up and Australia Post will leave a card notifying you.
Standard Delivery will be between 2-10 working days from payment received, depending on your location.
Express Post is available as an upgrade at checkout (1-4 business days) via Australia Post.
You can choose to write in the delivery instructions to leave your parcel outside if you're not home. However if you choose this option you accept liability for the package should it get lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced.
Unfortunately, we are not able to ship internationally to other countries than Australia and the United States (via our US website) at the moment. We recommend using the services of a shipping forwarding company, such as CleverMail.
We are working towards offering a better service for international shipping but in the meantime, keep an eye on our socials or sign up to our emails for up to date announcements.
