All items are sent via Australia Post E-Parcel with tracking. If you are not home or at the nominated delivery place, your parcel will be sent to your post office for pick up and Australia Post will leave a card notifying you.
You can choose to write in the delivery instructions to leave your parcel outside if you're not home. However if you choose this option you accept liability for the package should it get lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced.
Please note that we currently only allow orders under 150 euros or 150£ on our website due to import duties regulations. Under the specified amount, we are able to collect VAT and the order should get straight to you with no issues. Above this limit, at this stage, we are not able to collect VAT on behalf of the customer, which makes the delivery process a bit more complex. However, if you still wanted to place your order, it is still possible. We will create a manual order via our internal system with no taxes. Upon invoice payment, it will be sent to you — expect 7-10 business days delivery timeframe at this stage as we are shipping from Melbourne, Australia. The package will then very likely be held at customs and you will be requested to pay import duties (VAT). The VAT amount and collection system are country dependent. Usually your local carrier would contact you to let you know about import duties needing to be paid before releasing the package, or sometimes at the door when it is being delivered. This tends to be country dependent so we are not 100% sure of how your country system works. We are looking into moving some stock in Europe in a few months, so the whole process should be much easier should you place another order with us in the future.
We ship internationally to selected countries. Please note we ship from Australia and are working behind the scenes to improve our shipping rates and times in the coming months. If you can’t find your country at checkout, please get in touch with us.
Import tax & duties: We do not cover any costs associated with tax or duties on arrival. You may be contacted by your local carrier to pay import duties in order to release your package.

Express Post is available as an upgrade at checkout (1-4 business days) via Australia Post.

Insuring your parcel for international shipping: We strongly recommend purchasing protectMY Products as an add-on at checkout. It is a small fee and will ensure that your parcel is protected from damage, loss, or theft and cover any costs that may be involved in rectifying the issue. If you chose not to use protectMY Products, any damage, loss, theft or other issues associated with delivering your parcel will not be covered by protectME.
